What industrial assets can you insulate?

We work on plant, tanks, pipework, steel buildings, mining camps, transportable buildings and shipping containers. Tell us about your asset and we'll assess whether a sprayed system suits it.

Do you also apply protective coatings?

Yes. We offer polyurea and polyurethane protective coatings, and can look at insulation and coating needs together on the same asset.

Can you work on remote or operating sites?

We work on remote and mining projects. Tell us the location, access and site requirements early, so we can plan crews, equipment and inductions.

What R-value can you achieve?

It depends on the system and thickness. As a guide, closed cell foam gives around R2.0 at 48mm. The operating temperature and environment also affect the choice, and we confirm details against current data sheets.

Can you supply data sheets for our project?

Yes. Contact us with the application, and we can provide the relevant data sheets for your engineers or site team to review.

Is spray foam suitable for high-temperature pipes or equipment?

It depends on the operating temperature and product limits. Foam has a maximum service temperature and must be kept clear of heat sources as the manufacturer requires, so tell us your temperatures early.

Is spray foam fire rated?

Spray foam is generally classified as a combustible material under the NCC, and fire performance is specific to the tested product and configuration. Ask us for the data sheet that applies to your project, and read our fire performance page for more detail.
